At Ramore Jewels, we care deeply about your experience and stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. Please review our return and refund terms carefully.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof Required: A valid invoice and an unboxing video showing seal/tape opening are mandatory to process any claim.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure customer protection and avoid fraudulent claims:
- Always record a video while unboxing your parcel.
- Claims of damaged, missing, or wrong products will not be accepted without the seal-opening video.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Any item returned after 7 days
- Items in used condition (other than initial testing)
Refund Terms
- Only product value will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds are sent via bank transfer to the account details provided.

- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- If the wrong product is delivered, Ramore Jewels will provide a free replacement. (Customer will send back the parcel first).
- All replacements are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Products must be returned to:
Ramore Jewels, Muslim Town, Rawalpindi. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For items above Rs. 5,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit upon approval.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
